Quick Tips for a Successful Print Job:
- Make sure all your images are 300 dpi and have not been scaled (enlarged)
so much that it decreases image resolution and quality
- Do not use JPEG or GIF images. These formats are intended for the
web and produce terrible results on the printed page.
- Convert RBG colors to CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black)
- Include all supporting
fonts and graphics with your disk.
- If this is a color critical job, request
to see (and sign off on) an EPSON color proof.

Terms and Limitation of Liability
- 1. LifeSprings shall not be held liable for any claims regarding the use
of copyrighted materials (including fonts, images, clip art, text, logos)
in your printed piece. You assume responsibility for all legal fees that
arise due to the misuse of copyrighted materials.
- All fees and quotes are
estimated. Changes in scope of work and/or project specifications require
a revision of the quote and may require additional fees and schedule adjustment.
- The Designer’s ability to meet deadlines is predicated upon the Client’s
provision of all necessary information and approvals in a timely manner.
- No job will be started until all the information and supporting electronic
files have been received by LifeSprings. Failure to turn in required information
and files may result in your print schedule being revised.
- Fee quoted includes one proof (either electronic PDF, laser/fax, or EPSON
color). Changes necessitated by client revisions and/or additions following
approvals (other than for Designer’s error) are billed additionally
at $65/hour.
- If discrepancies are found between your checklist and the electronic files
we receive, or if there are problems with the files you provide, you will
be contacted by a Customer Service representative inquiring how you want
to proceed.
- There is a $65 minimum fee for electronic file review (unless sending
a PDFX-1/a). Additional pre flighting charges due to problem files or insufficient
information provided up front will be added.
- In the event of a cancelation of this project, you will be billed for
the entire amount of time already spent on your job.
- We require that you approve via signature a proof prior to printing. You
may choose to sign a waiver stating that you do not wish to see a proof.
You must specify the type of proof you require. All proofs are not equal.
- We do not guarantee “Match-Color” on our proofs .
If color accuracy is necessary, you may request to see a press proof for
an additional fee.
